The Tower of Art – Anna Ajtner Foundation

§1. General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules of participation in paid workshops, trainings and competitions organized by the “The Tower of Art – Anna Ajtner Foundation”, with its registered office in Bydgoszcz.

2. All activities are carried out as part of the paid statutory activity of the Foundation, in accordance with its Statutes.

3. The activities have an educational, artistic and cultural character.

§2. Scope of Workshops and Trainings

1. The Foundation organizes in particular:

   • photographic workshops (traditional photography and digital photography),

   • training courses in photographic image-editing software,

   • photographic walks,

   • workshops on noble photographic techniques,

   • trainings in the field of photography, visual arts and media,

   • photographic competitions,

   • other educational activities consistent with the statutory objectives of the Foundation.

2. A detailed description of each workshop, training or competition is provided in the relevant event announcement.

§3. Fees and Payments

1. Participation in the Foundation’s activities is subject to a fee.

2. The participation fee is determined individually for each activity and covers exclusively the costs of its implementation, including in particular:

   • remuneration of instructors and jury members,

   • workshop materials,

   • organizational and administrative costs,

   • rental of space and equipment.

3. The Foundation does not generate profit from its paid statutory activity.

4. Fees shall be paid to the Foundation’s bank account, within the deadline and under the conditions specified in the event announcement or the detailed regulations of the given event.

§4. Participation Rules

1. Participation in an event requires registration, payment of the fee and acceptance of these Regulations as well as the detailed regulations of the given event.

2. The number of participants may be limited; places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. The Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the program or to cancel an event for reasons beyond its control.

§5. Resignation and Refunds

1. The rules concerning resignation and possible refunds are specified individually in the detailed regulations of each event.

2. In the event of cancellation of an event by the Foundation, participants are entitled to a refund of the paid fee.

§6. Liability

1. Participants take part in workshops, trainings and competitions at their own responsibility.

2. The Foundation is not responsible for participants’ personal belongings.

3. Participants are obliged to comply with safety rules and follow the instructions of the instructors.

§7. Detailed Regulations

1. Each event organized by the Foundation may be subject to separate detailed regulations.

2. The detailed regulations are published together with information about the given event.

3. Participation in an event constitutes acceptance of these Regulations and the detailed regulations applicable to the event.

§8. Final Provisions

1. These Regulations enter into force on the date of publication.

2. The Foundation reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations.

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

1. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady uczestnictwa w odpłatnych warsztatach, szkoleniach oraz konkursach organizowanych przez Fundację „Wieża Sztuki – Fundacja Anny Ajtner” z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy.

2. Działania realizowane są w ramach działalności statutowej odpłatnej Fundacji, zgodnie z jej statutem.

3. Działania mają charakter edukacyjny, artystyczny i kulturalny.

§2. Zakres warsztatów i szkoleń

1. Fundacja organizuje w szczególności:

   • warsztaty fotograficzne (fotografia tradycyjna i fotografia cyfrowa),

   • szkolenia z programów do obróbki fotograficznej

   • spacery fotograficzne,

   • warsztaty technik szlachetnych,

   • szkolenia z zakresu fotografii, sztuk wizualnych i mediów,

   • konkursy fotograficzne

   • inne działania edukacyjne zgodne z celami statutowymi Fundacji.

2. Szczegółowy opis każdego warsztatu lub szkolenia podawany jest w ogłoszeniu informacyjnym.

§3. Zasady odpłatności

1. Udział w w działaniach Fundacji jest odpłatny.

2. Opłata za udział ustalana jest indywidualnie dla każdego działania i stanowi wyłącznie pokrycie kosztów jego realizacji, w szczególności:

   • wynagrodzenia prowadzących i jury,

   • materiałów warsztatowych,

   • kosztów organizacyjnych i administracyjnych,

   • wynajmu przestrzeni i sprzętu.

3. Fundacja nie osiąga zysku z działalności statutowej odpłatnej.

4. Opłaty wnoszone są na rachunek bankowy Fundacji w terminie i na zasadach określonych w ogłoszeniu bądź regulaminie szczegółowym wydarzenia.

§4. Zasady uczestnictwa

1. Warunkiem udziału  jest zgłoszenie, wniesienie opłaty oraz akceptacja regulaminów.​

2. Liczba miejsc może być ograniczona – decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń.

3. Fundacja zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian programu lub odwołania wydarzenia z przyczyn niezależnych.

§5. Rezygnacja i zwroty

1. Zasady rezygnacji i zwrotów określane są w regulaminach szczegółowych.

2. W przypadku odwołania wydarzenia przez Fundację przysługuje zwrot opłaty.

§6. Odpowiedzialność

1. Uczestnicy biorą udział w warsztatach i szkoleniach na własną odpowiedzialność.

2. Fundacja nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy osobiste uczestników.

3. Uczestnicy zobowiązani są do przestrzegania zasad bezpieczeństwa oraz poleceń prowadzących.

§7. Regulaminy szczegółowe

1. Każde wydarzenie może posiadać odrębny regulamin szczegółowy.

2. Regulamin szczegółowy publikowany jest wraz z informacją o wydarzeniu.

3. Przystąpienie do udziału oznacza akceptację niniejszego regulaminu oraz regulaminu szczegółowego.

§8. Postanowienia końcowe

1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem publikacji.

2. Fundacja zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian regulaminu.
